Who are we?

We are a credit control outsourcing company who also hold a license from the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) to carry out Consumer and Commercial debt collections.

Founder Sean Stevens has spent the past 15 years in the credit and collections industry and has worked within a broad spectrum of industries and has undertaken projects within the UK and Europe.

We have extensive knowledge in both domestic and international credit and collection techniques.

Our founder is a Director at the Association of Credit Professionals in the UK and uses his position to further the knowledge of credit and collections within the UK. He also serves on the Management board of the EMEA Credit Forum which is an IT driven credit forum with members from the largest companies in the world.
