Service 1: ad-hoc invoice collections @ £5 per invoice.

Just send us a copy of the invoice that you have raised anytime up until it becomes overdue payment and we will take care of the rest. With this service you are NOT tied to any contract.

We act as YOUR collections department, we work for your company so your customers do not need to know you are using an outside agency. We use a different phone number and email address than that of our company when we are dealing with your customers. 

Service 2: invoice collections @ £40 per month.

As per our "ad-hoc" service except that you are committing to a month at a time and you can submit up to 25 invoices per month. There is no minimum contract so after a month, if you want to switch between the monthly and ad-hoc service this is perfectly acceptable.

With these services you have full control over your costs for invoice collections. If you raise over 25 invoices per month on a regular basis, no problem, we can accommodate a fee schedule to suit all needs that do not break the bank.
